The Lair is coming to Berkeley Late 2024!

 

If you’ve been in Berkeley for a semester (nay, a week) you’re already familiar with the Den - everyone’s favorite apartment complex near UC Berkeley. Now, after years of waiting, the sister building is finally being unveiled and opening later this year! Welcome to… THE LAIR.

THE LAIR was inspired by the Den - hallmarked by a common area suited for FUN and living quarters suited for FUNCTION - but taken up a notch with new creativity and inspiration all built for YOU. The roof deck is so close to the sky that you can almost touch the stars or tiptoe upon the spire of the Campanile!
